Monaghans acted as Employers Agent, Principal Designer and CDM Advisor on the project with Urban Developments, Urban Construction and Brewster Bye Architects to create 88nr high specification studio apartments.

The new student accommodation block, with self-contained rooms with en-suite facilities, student social areas which consist of gym, study rooms, and a cinema room, situated on the site of a former vacant building on Merrion Street, Leeds.

The extension and connection to the existing headquarters complex to provide an additional 50,000 ft² of production facility, 13,000 ft² two storey office accommodation including directors' suites, welfare and sanitary facilities together with a two storey link building of 4,600 ft² incorporating new reception facilities, breakout areas and informal meeting space.

The demolition of the existing derelict public house and commercial building on a constricted city centre site to form 229 fully furnished one and two bed PRS apartments with undercroft parking and shared amenity spaces including workspaces, courtyard and roof terraces.

Monaghans have successfully delivered new stores throughout the UK and Ireland during a long-standing relationship with Krispy Kreme since their UK inception in 2003.

Projects have included flagships, retail park drive-throughs, department store concessions, shopping mall units, airports, railyway stations, production and distribution only light industrial units, head office fit-out and refresh and refurbishment of the existing estate.
