Healthcare Consultancy / Clinical Liaison / Healthcare Planner

As a healthcare consultancy team we work closely with our clients. Early engagement of our uniquely experienced healthcare consultancy team ensures early and ongoing interfaces in the planning and delivery process optimise investment and realise agreed business case benefits.

We facilitate the translation of a brief to functional relationships through conceptual approaches, and help to understand clinical priorities which are estate wide and patient centred, offering a strategic overview demonstrating the balance of care, master planning and estates strategies.

Efficiency, Utilisation, and Productivity Modelling

Our healthcare consultancy team provide deterministic/stochastic modelling which can be developed for any area where there is data available or where we can observe and collect data information including inpatient and outpatient areas, community and urgent care settings.

Our use of evidence based modelling starts and finishes with the client.  All projects we undertake are unique to our client and the process of information gathering, understanding operational need, process flow and maximising outputs for given expenditure are all geared towards individual client needs.

Business Case Writing

We understand that Business Cases are complex documents and the need for delivery in a timely manner is paramount for projects to succeed and progress.  We are acknowledged experts in our field and have conducted development and delivery of in-house training seminars on business case development.

Our team is fully adaptable across all sectors of healthcare and our dedicated team of business case authors has achieved at first submission a 100% approval record for all submitted business cases and all of our Business Cases are written with full cognisance of the Five Case Model.

Post Project Evaluations

The aim of post project evaluation is to assess the impact of the project following completion.  Its purpose is to provide evidence that will assist in improving performance, achieving best value for money from public resources, improve decision making and learning lessons for the future.  It will also afford the opportunity to identify and share good practice.

Our healthcare consultancy team undertake post project evaluations in a structured, open, objective manner that complies with the format suggested in the Capital Investment Guide and through a process of comprehensive information collection and analysis.  We also test stakeholder perceptions through quantitative and qualitative questions and analysis.

6 Facet Surveys

Monaghans have a breadth of experience in undertaking 6-facet surveys. We understand the need to develop a robust baseline for existing sites, building utilisation and condition of the overall estate.  Our 6-facet surveying service helps our NHS clients confidently appraise their estates with regards to use, condition and compliance.  The facets covered under this service are:
