Monaghans have provided Cost Management services for both new acquisitions and refurbishments to Wagamama restaurants since 2012. The new acquisitions fit out programme consists of 15-20 sites each year and the refurbishment programme consists of the fast track refurbishment of the existing UK Wagamama estate.
- Undertook a framework procurement exercise for the main contractors and furniture suppliers resulting in significant savings
- Set up standard and more efficient delivery process and programme
- Provide cost option studies for design options resulting in better value sites with more appealing designs
