Monaghans were appointed to provide a Schedule of Condition for a multi site industrial complex owned and occupied by Fusion Group as part of a sale and lease back arrangement. The buildings surveyed were of portal frame construction and contained warehouse and office space, with a Cherry Picker used to survey the external roof area on both buildings.
Highlights
- The survey and report were delivered within a week of Monaghans appointment to achieve a shortened deadline involving overnight/week end working to hit the legal deadlines set for the sale
- A costed schedule of dilapidations was needed for one unit to assess a ongoing dilapidations claim
