Monaghans provided Cost Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Advisor services for the redevelopment of Barnsley Transport Interchange. The £25m investment by SYPTE linked the town centre bus and rail facilities together with providing commercial facilities for SYPTE, Network Rail and the Train Operating Company plus the provision of retail, cafe, welfare and sanitary accommodation.
