The workplace is a sector we continue to deliver in and proud to have been appointed to provide both project management and cost management services for this high-profile project.

The project included the refurbishment of a legacy CAT A space in central London with new CAT A & B fit out services provided by ISG Ltd, working in partnership with the client team, designers, consultants and wider supply chain throughout. The project included a mixture of new workspace, meeting rooms, breakouts spaces, a business lounge, partner catering facilities and move across the c.100,000 sqft space.

This fantastic project, whilst providing outstanding new facilities for the John Lewis Partnership also has excellent sustainability credentials with existing building services tested and re-used where possible alongside furniture and equipment being relocated from the previous head office and wider estate.
