Looking back at the Safestore Self Storage Wembley project, it’s great to see how far the whole design team brought this scheme. The project was delivered over a 40‑week programme and is located within an extremely constrained site. Even with those limitations, the team created a safe, efficient and well‑coordinated environment that allowed the build to progress smoothly.
Alongside the operational success, the project also achieved some standout sustainability credentials including BREEAM Excellent, PV panels, EV charging, a green wall and an EPC A+ rating.
This project is a great reminder of what can be achieved with teamwork and collaboration. Well done to all involved and best of luck to the Safestore Wembley team!
