Monaghans were appointed as NEC3 contract Supervisor for a £9m new build college campus in Leeds, which included workshops, offices and classrooms.
Our Building Surveying and M&E team undertook weekly site visits and monthly reporting with defects close out tracking system. Unfortunately the contractor went into administration a couple of months from completion and our team had to provide unforeseen added value by stepping up to help the client and project team complete the partially completed project using existing and new sub contractors minimizing the delay to completion.
