Monaghans were appointed by Trivselhus to undertake the Project Management and Quantity Surveying roles on this new build project of 42 plots and a community building which includes workshop, quiet area, guest rooms, exercise area and meeting room complete with kitchen.

The services undertaken have included end to end roles including selection of tenderers, issuing of tender documentation, selection of main contractor, chairing site meetings, approval and issue of Contract Variations, cost reporting, valuation of the works and agreement of Final Account.  On the completion of the works, Monaghans were responsible for the collation and co-ordination of the completion of the snagging items.
