Monaghans provided shell liaison and full project management services for the fit out of the new John Lewis department store at the Westfield Shopping Centre extension in White City.

As well as incorporating a number of new concepts in this much lauded department store, Monaghans were influential in agreeing the initial Agreement for Lease and control mechanisms for the development of the iconic shell design, and the access arrangements allowing the completion of the fit out concurrently with shell work completion to a tight programme.
