Goldlight Limited commissioned Monaghans to compile a reinstatement cost assessment on several properties across the UK. Our role included provisions to inspect the property and issue a fire insurance report, stating the likely costs of rebuilding the property to its original specification, to acquire the correct insurance.
Following discussions with the client, Monaghans provided two reinstatement figures for both a like-for-like replacement and a modern replacement. This allowed the client to review and budget for the desired specification.
