Monaghans provided Cost Management, Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent services under a design and build contract for a private housing project for the Bamford Group. The project included the refurbishment of existing commercial property and construction of 3 Nr. new units providing high quality apartments and town houses.

This £2m investment converted a Grade II listed commercial building into 11 Nr. high quality apartments, with a further 3 stone built, new build town houses completing the project.
