Our team provided a fully integrated service bringing together Project Management, Quantity Surveying, CDM and Building Regulations Principal Designer services, supporting the project from concept through to completion.

The project transformed the former unit through a full strip‑out and refit, including the removal of a structural shopfront and staircase, reworking the first floor into dedicated stockholding and the creation of a bold new double‑height, self‑supporting shopfront. Inside, the refreshed sales floor brings Office Shoes’ latest brand identity to life with modern fixtures, fittings and LED media screens, creating an immersive customer experience.
