Promotion to Director

Monaghans are delighted to announce that Barney Casswell has been promoted to the role of Director.

Having joined Monaghans almost 14 years ago, Barney has grown with the company and been instrumental in developing a number of major client relationships as well as playing a key role in new business development, leading the internal management team, and establishing the Manchester office.

With a proven track record, Barney has a unique ability to understand a client’s needs and requirements and engage individuals at all levels to build relationships and teams to deliver projects to the highest standards from inception to completion.

By joining the board, Barney is the latest success story of our recruitment programme, joining other members of our main Board of Directors who are graduates of our long running apprentice training scheme. As a Director, Barney will provide further support to the business in delivering our strategies goals, in turn creating further opportunities for others in the business as we continue to evolve.
