New 88 Studio Student Apartment Block in Leeds

Monaghans are proud to be supporting Urban Developments as Employers Agent, Principal Designer and CDM Advisor to create 88nr high specification studio apartments.

The new student accommodation block, with en-suite studios, gym, study rooms, and a cinema room, will be situated on the site of a former vacant building on Merrion Street, Leeds. With demolitions of the nightclub and bar almost complete and excavations commenced, the scheme is progressing well with a planned completion date of July 2024.
