Monaghans has relaunched its Manchester city-centre office as the business strengthens its presence across the North-West, building on a portfolio of high-profile projects that have helped shape the region’s property and construction landscape.
Manchester has been a key market for Monaghans for many years, with the team establishing a strong track record of delivering projects for leading brands and contributing to some of the city’s most recognisable destinations.
Over the last twelve months, our Manchester consultants have delivered 201 projects for 24 clients across 95 towns and cities.
Monaghans’ Manchester portfolio is rooted in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors, with the team supporting landmark destinations including 20 Stories and The Ivy in Spinningfields, as well as schemes at the Trafford Centre.

Monaghans has been appointed to provide cost management and Employer’s Agent services, supporting the scheme through its commercial and delivery stages.
