Monaghans’ Manchester Move Marks New Chapter for Growing Team

Monaghans has relocated to a new Manchester city-centre office as the business continues to grow its presence across the North-West, building on a portfolio of high-profile projects that have helped shape the city’s commercial landscape.

Manchester has been an important market for Monaghans for many years, with the team building a strong track record of delivering projects for some of the city’s best-known brands and Manchester’s most recognisable locations.

The portfolio includes 20 Stories, Manchester’s landmark restaurant located at the top of the Spinningfields development. Monaghans provided project and cost management services on the scheme, supporting the delivery of a high-end restaurant and roof terrace within a complex high-rise environment.

Monaghans’ long-term partnership with The Ivy Collection is another example. Monaghans has supported the brand in Spinningfields and across its UK and Ireland expansion, providing cost management services for new restaurants, cafés and refurbishments. The relationship encompasses everything from feasibility and cost planning through to procurement and change management.

Located in the world-renowned Trafford Centre, Monaghans has worked on Office Shoes, providing project management, cost management and health and safety consultancy services, with another Trafford Centre project also set to come forward. The Office store sits alongside new-store fit-outs and refurbishments elsewhere in the UK and Ireland estate.

From 20 Stories and The Ivy to Office Shoes at the Trafford Centre, the team has already contributed to projects that are part of Manchester’s commercial identity. With schemes such as Central Park Village and developments in Castlefield now adding to the pipeline, the focus is now firmly on the next stage of growth.
