MNDA Awareness Week

Monaghans we came together to support those affected by Motor Neurone Disease, turning a full week of activities into something impactful. From the buzz of the bake sale (and some competitive entries!) to teams getting out for 5Ks on Global Running Day, there was a real sense of momentum building across every office.

What made the week wasn’t just the fundraising, but the collective effort behind it. A huge thank you to everyone across our Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester and London offices who supported in any way.

Our Monaghans bake sale brought colleagues together across all offices in support of the MNDA.

From homemade brownies to cookies and cakes, there was no shortage of delicious options. The competition for best bake was tight, ending in a tie between standout favourites: rainbow cookies and magic star biscuits.

Global Running Day

Wearing their MNDA T-shirts, they represented Monaghans Charity of the Year 2026 with pride. A young team from our offices laced up for a 5k run for Global Running Day.

Guess the Sweet Jar

As part of MNDA Charity Week at Monaghans, we put our colleagues to the test with a classic Guess the Sweets Jar!

For just a £2 donation, everyone had the chance to take their best guess, with the top guesser winning the whole jar. From wild guesses to some maths to pinpoint the exact number, the competition sparked plenty of fun (and a little friendly rivalry) across the offices, raising money for a great cause.

Office Red Day

To round off MNDA Charity Week at Monaghans, our offices turned colourful for the day as colleagues made a donation to wear red in support of our 2026 Charity of the Year.

From bold outfits to subtle touches, the competition for best dressed brought plenty of personality, across the offices. A brilliant way to finish the week, showing how proud we are to support and represent the MND Association.
