Honours for HUMO

Great to see that HUMO restaurant in Mayfair has been awarded a Michelin star, only a year after opening. 

Monaghans were appointed by recommendation to provide cost and project management for the fit out of the wood-fired restaurant on St George Street. This stunning restaurant, with the four-metre-long grill taking centre stage, was delivered on budget and to programme.
