First Milestones Achieved at the Advanced Manufacturing Park 🎉

Excited to see Vulcan Seals new manufacturing facility is reaching its first major milestone. With site strip, enabling and ground preparation works now complete, paving the way for construction to begin! 👏

Since breaking ground in September 2025, the project team has delivered with precision and pace—keeping the project firmly on track for completion in mid-2026.

Monaghans are proud to collaborate with Vulcan Seals on this forward-thinking industrial facility which will integrate research, production, storage, and high-spec office space, setting a new baseline for modern manufacturing environments.
