Building Safety Act 2022 New Duty Holders

The Building Regulations etc. (Amendment)(England) Regulations 2023 have introduced new Duty Holders for Building Regulations
Following the introduction of the secondary legislation on 1st October 2023, we are pleased to confirm our building safety act services for building regulations including:
- Client advisor to help clients discharge their building regulation duties
- Principal Designer (PDBR)
- Advisor to Principal Designer (APDBR)
- Building Safety Act advice including registering Higher Risk Buildings
