All of our people are issued with an individual Personal Development Plan.

These individual documents allow staff and managers to plan their personal annual training programme to reflect their own development profile and the requirements of their commitments to the business. This also facilitates forward planning their growth and development into areas which could become available to them in the future months and even years ahead.

We organise relevant professional support through forums, workshops, supervision and counselling to individuals seeking to gain entry into one of the professions, such as APC support to our RICS colleagues.

Our CPD programme is supported by work experience, mentoring, seminars and external training.
