Brief description:

Monaghans were initially appointed as Primark’s first external project managers for the refurbishment of the former co-operative living store in Reading to form Primark’s then flagship store. Since this appointment Monaghans have successfully delivered over 40 new department stores for Primark.

As Primark’s lead project managers Monaghans are currently the overall programme and procurement managers for the conversion of the 42 Littlewoods stores obtained by Parent Company Associated British Foods.
