Brief description:

Fit out of a Developer’s shell in Irelands premier shopping destination as anchor tenant for second phase to provide new exclusive retail outlet including café / espresso bar, fine dining restaurant (and kitchens), bar / nightclub. Bespoke design and fit out.

Services we provided:

Project management of scheme from early design stage through to snag sign off. From initial appointment through to start on site 4 months. Significant liaison with local licensing authorities to ensure crucial licensing hearing dates met and all supporting documentation provided. License grant fundamental to entire scheme. Snagging of developer’s works and handover to Harvey Nichols (Dublin) Ltd.

Quantity surveying services from early design stage including cost plan preparation and checking, ‘without quantities’ form of contract, negotiation with main contractor. Cost control and reporting throughout project term and agreement of final account. Claim settlement arising from failure in developers shell.
